The SEOywd project officially launched with its first transnational meeting, bringing together representatives of all five partner organisations from Germany, Estonia, Serbia, Croatia and Italy. Hosted by LINK DMT in Modena, the meeting set the foundation for the entire project collaboration.

Partners reviewed the planned timeline and milestones, discussed roles and responsibilities for each work package, and agreed on internal communication and coordination procedures. Minor adjustments to the project timeline were proposed and agreed upon by all partners. The meeting also established key monitoring and evaluation frameworks, financial management procedures and decision-making principles to guide the partnership throughout the full project implementation period.
