The Transnational Training of Trainers brought together 23 youth workers, trainers and educators from all five partner countries for an intensive 5-day programme in Zadar, Croatia. The training was organised by Association Realization and served as the main piloting phase for the SEOywd Curriculum on accessible digital educational content.

Participants strengthened their competences in digital accessibility principles, assistive technologies, WCAG standards and inclusive online learning design. Through simulations, practical workshops and peer-learning activities, participants experienced common digital barriers firsthand and developed concrete skills for creating accessible educational materials. The training followed a Training of Trainers approach, equipping participants to deliver follow-up national training courses within their own organisations and communities.
