Association Realization hosted 16 youth workers, educators and NGO representatives in Zagreb for a 3-day training course on accessible digital content and inclusive online learning. The activity took place at Zelena Akcija and represented the Croatian piloting phase of the SEOywd Curriculum.

Participants — many of them younger professionals encountering the topic for the first time — engaged in simulations, accessibility tool testing and peer-learning activities. Through practical exercises with screen readers, contrast checkers and accessibility plugins, participants developed both technical understanding and stronger empathy towards digital barriers faced by young people with different abilities. Hands-on adaptation of real materials from participants’ own organisations was among the most valued elements of the training, with many participants leaving motivated to improve accessibility within their organisations.
