Learning Library OÜ hosted 16 participants in Tallinn — digital educators, youth centre coordinators, online course developers and NGO representatives — for a 3-day training course focused on accessible online learning environments. The activity represented the Estonian piloting phase of the SEOywd Curriculum.
Building on Estonia’s strong digital infrastructure, the training focused on combining existing digital competences with accessibility principles and inclusive pedagogical approaches. Participants tested WCAG standards, screen readers, accessibility plugins and evaluation tools while analysing real online learning platforms and educational resources. Practical adaptation sessions and accessibility evaluation exercises were among the most appreciated elements of the course. Several participants expressed strong motivation to integrate accessibility systematically into the development of online learning modules and youth centre platforms.
